Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

Dance Desire offers a 7 Day Price Guarantee. If the price of an item that you have purchased goes on sale, contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will send you a gift voucher for the difference. Please note this guarantee is not applicable to storewide discount sales. Applicable to online customers only.

Sitewide / storewide discounts apply to full price items only and exclude Dream Duffels, DivaDollys, Printed Uniforms, RAD Syllabus and other specific items. Subject to staff discretion.

Product Availability

There may be occasions when products become unavailable or are discontinued. These situations are beyond our control and we take no responsibility for situations that arise due to this. In the event that an item is not in stock we will notify you by email and arrange an alternative product or deletion of that item from your order. All orders are released for despatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full.

While using the Dance Desire website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

Dance Desire accepts no responsibility for all activities that occur under your member account.

Dance Desire reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts and remove or edit content.

Goods Damaged in Transit

We take all care in packaging your order appropriately; however we do not take any responsibility for damage caused by delivery courier.

Goods Lost in Transit

We do not accept responsibility for orders lost in transit using regular post. For this reason we only send parcels via express post, registered post or courier as they can be tracked, ensuring that you will receive your order.

If lost, they do carry an insurance amount recoverable through the carrier.
